Globally recognized Indian artist Neena Singh is known for her dynamic narrative paintings with bold, vibrant palettes. Known for her statement landscapes and detailed Mithila work. Neena says her canvas is the intimate space she shares with nature.
Neena Singh, who was born on 8 January 1966, started her artistic search in her young years through various artistic means. And although she entered the fields of chemistry and teaching, her love of art never faded. It was in 2014, when she moved to Pune, that Neena began to truly engage with the world of art.
Her landscape collections, such as ‘Dynasty of Marble Rocks’ and ‘Lost in the Forest,’ have been appreciated across the world for their vibrant colors and intricate compositions. Inspired by her passion for travel and the natural world, these paintings are portals into peaceful landscapes and still forests.

Apart from social landscapes. Neena is also a classically trained Mithila artist whose innovative techniques have drawn the attention of art lovers and scholars alike. Her preferred medium is oil paint, which she uses to create rich color and texture in her canvases. The strokes taking numerous forms, be it with a palette knife or a brush, each stroke echoing her spirit and her undying love for her craft.
Neena now lives in Pune, Maharashtra, where she runs Neena Art Studio. She collaborates as visiting faculty with MIT ADT University and Deccan College in Pune. Neena Singh has won multiple accolades. Such as the Spandan Awards for Excellence in Art and the Global Excellence Award in the Artist Category, and has continued to inspire art lovers globally.
